- The Panviman Privilege Card is the property of the Panviman, Group of Resorts Co. Ltd., and must be returned upon request. Card holder's privileges will be honored only upon presentation of a valid membership card, and only through the date embossed on the membership card. The Panviman Privilege Card has no cash value and is not a credit card. Please be informed, that if by Check In into the resorts the Panviman Privilege Card can't be presented, automatically all further benefits will be withdrawn. (Room Booking will be kept!)
- The Panviman Privilege Card is transferable to family and relatives who can use these benefits as well during a certain period. However, the member should inform the reservation department once their family or relatives will take these benefits instead of the card holder and should verify the reservation by presentation of the Panviman Privilege Card by Check In.
- The Panviman Privilege Card is valid for 1 year only and may be renewed at the discretion of the resort.

The privileges may not be applied on annual special events as announced by the resort from time to time. For such events the resort will organize at Chinese New Year, Songkhran, Loy Krathong, Christmas and New Year events.
- When making reservation for rooms the member must provide their Panviman Privilege Card number to the reservation department. Use of accommodation discounts is subject to the allotment policies of the hotel and subject to availability of rooms.
- All of discounts on accommodation, dining and facilities as the membership benefits should be apply during the period that is mentioned previously. Whenever, the resort announces the special promotion rate of accommodation, dining and facilities during the certain period of time, this privilege discount cannot be combined with that special promotion rate.
- The privileges may not be applied on annual special events as announced by the resort from time to time. For such events the resort will organize at Chinese New Year, Songkhran, Loy Krathong celebrations, Christmas and New Year events.
